		<description>I&#039;ve been wondering for some time, that instead of trying to complete Phase 1 all in one step, we should begin constructing, as an example,  the new entrance first.  This would allow members to see and unstand the design, the beauty, and the potential that this building program will eventually become.  So, as &quot;one part&quot; of the Phase 1 project is completed another part is started or is already well underway.

To receive support from members, it is important that they understand what we are trying to accoumplish in the long run.  By rasing the funds and building as we go, the cost can be spread over a longer period of time and people can start to use the new facilities sooner.
